Delivery costs

Ireland: orders less than €100            €8           4-7 days

Ireland: orders €150+                          Free         4-7 days

UK                                                              €10         5-9 days

Europe                                                      €15         5-9 days

Rest of the World                                   €30         7-14 days

All delivery charges exclude additional import taxes and charges that may incur outside of Europe.

When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking information.

Note: The above timelines are approximate. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within three working days. Subject to clause 3.3, complimentary shipping is available for online orders €100 or more.

We will use reasonable efforts to meet any delivery date, but it should be understood that they are estimates and we are not liable (in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any loss or damage resulting from them not being met, howsoever caused, including delays in meeting delivery dates caused by public holidays and/or bank holidays and/or acts of God arising in Ireland and/or elsewhere. Goods are shipped by courier to the delivery address provided by you, as stated in the Order Confirmation. Where you have ordered more than one item, we may make delivery in one or more instalments.

Presentation and Shipping

All Jewellery purchases are dispatched in our branded presentation boxes or where applicable, in their own branded box. 
We offer complimentary gift wrapping on request. 

Returns

Exchange and Returns

Ryan Thomas Jewellers accept exchanges and returns within twenty eight days from date of purchase.

Any item being exchanged/returned must be unused, in same condition as at time of purchase and with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny return/exchange requests if this criteria is not met.

To open a return/exchange request, Ryan Thomas Jewellers must be contacted to approve the request first, either by email: info@ryanthomasjewellers.com or phone: 052 6123286.

Please note that customised rings fall outside of these terms and conditions and are subject to different procedure, please contact us for more information.

Returning Your Purchases

Customers are responsible for any costs relating to returning any items to Ryan Thomas Jewellers. Likewise, any damage or loss during postage is customer’s responsibility.

You are welcome to use any service to return the item, please details your planned return of item to Ryan Thomas in your return/exchange request.

Receiving Refunds

All refunds are sent through original payment method.

Refunds will only be authorised if the items are returned and done so within five days of the return/exchange request being authorised by Ryan Thomas Jewellers.

Please note that all refunds are subject to standard processing times, thus they may take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your bank account.

Tags and Seals

All returned products must have all tags attached/seals unbroken.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must contain a return note explaining the request and original proof of purchase receipt.

Earrings

Unfortunately, we can’t exchange or refund earrings as this wouldn’t meet our hygiene requirements, unless they are faulty/defective.

Engraved Items

Engraved items are unable to be requested/refunded, unless they are faulty/defective.

Gifts

To return a gift, please specify the product’s status as a gift during your application for return/exchange.

Faulty Goods

We define a faulty product as being either:

-          Received damaged

-          Suffering a manufacturer fault within six months of purchase

Colours

Although we make every effort to accurately showcase the correct colour of all products on our site, computer monitor and devices have varying colouring – so we cannot guarantee its accuracy.

Late Returns

All returns should be requested and sent back during the first 7 working days following date of purchase.

Repeated Returns

We hold the right to deny returns from clients who have repeatedly sent back returns at our discretion.
